Group/Division The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsWe are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Services AI Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing large language models. This role involves working closely with the program management and engineering teams to create solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our field operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on natural language processing and understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our existing systems and workflow.
• Conduct data processing and analysis to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML and NLP technologies.
• Fine-tune models based on feedback and performance metrics.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (Ex. TensorFlow, Pytorch)
  • Experience with developing and deploying large language models either cloud or on-premise.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
