Do you love helping kids learn? Do you like working in a team focused setting? - Then we think the Behavior Technician position is right for you! - -We are a center-based program for kids with autism ranging in age from 0-6 (ish). - -We use principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help us motivate and teach the children in our program essential skills, such as communication, social skills, play, imitation, and toileting. - -Behavior Technicians work with one child at a time and are responsible for following teaching programs that are written by a Behavior Analyst. - -We are an energetic and dedicated group of people looking to hire someone with a passion for helping children and their families shape their own futures! This rewarding position will be responsible for:

• Providing 1:1 behavioral services to assigned clients
• Maintain a set schedule of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Engage with parents in a warm and welcoming manner To qualify for this position you will need:
• A minimum of a high school diploma
• Prior working with children, preferably children with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities including autism
• If position requires driving, you must be able to provide proof of having a current, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. While you are taking care of our clients, we want to take care of you! TCC offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package including:
