Job Description:

A company is looking for a Case Manager-Annuity New Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Learns the entire new business process from application entry, check handling, and case management
Reviews documents for completeness, adherence to regulations, and suitability
Processes transactions, maintains product knowledge, and contributes to team goals

Required Qualifications:

Experience in case management processing for life and/or annuity contracts preferred
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in financial operations, customer service, or annuity products
Knowledgeable in life or annuity products
Ability to meet performance targets and work harmoniously in a team environment
Availability for an 8-hour shift between 8am to 8pm and the ability to work from home
