*Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for an *Associate Dentist *with a well-established DSO. *Conveniently located in Findlay, OH!**Job Details:** 4.5 day work week!* 6 month daily guarantee with *35% collections** *Full benefits offered** Come join two Dentists seeking to add a third Dentist due to volume*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine patient needs.* Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and preventive care.* Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, record keeping, and treatment planning.* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.* Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as required.* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options to promote overall dental health.* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.* Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and medical terminology relevant to the practice.*Experience** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.* Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred.* Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.* Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.* Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Job Type: Full-timePay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No nights* No weekendsSupplemental Pay:* Daily bonusWork Location: In personby Jobble
