Description & Requirements - Specialty: Surgical First Assistant -
Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Hiring: CSFA – Operating Room (OR) Location: Midland, MI Assignment
Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM (12-Hour Afternoons) ?
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week Call Requirement: - 1–2 nights of
call per week - Every 4th weekend call ? Requirements: - 5 years of
Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) experience – Required -
Prior travel assignment experience – Preferred - EMR: Epic
Certifications: - BLS (AHA) - NBSTSA Dress Code: Hospital-provided
