Description RCA - Resident Care Aide The Resident Care Aide provides assistance with ADLs to our Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents while contributing to an environment where Residents can strengthen their sense of well being and achieve optimal levels of unrestricted living Qualified RCA's should be motivated team-players who are passionate about working with seniors in an environment of Respect and Joy! Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents and family members One (1) year experience in a long-term care setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
