By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail productsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
